我承認我是老人，愛看老電影、愛聽老歌

從以前大家就一直說真善美很好看，害我一直很想看，可是一直沒機會。我這個看電影會睡著的人，還真的蠻糟糕的。這次坐飛機回來美國的時候，就看到在懷舊電影裡面，竟然有真善美，這就非看不可了。看一看，還是一直愛睏，雖然音樂真的蠻好聽的，沒辦法，這是天性，真能按暫停，睡起來再繼續看。看完了，還真的不賴耶!恩，強力推薦！

這部片是真人真事改編的。在一九三八年籠罩在納粹陰影下的奧地利修道院，修女瑪麗亞因為遲歸違反院規，被修道院派到海軍上校特拉普家中，當七個小孩的家庭教師，這項「處罰」改變了瑪麗亞和這個家庭的命運。

瑪麗亞擔任家庭教師後﹐對小孩循循誘導﹐帶他們到野外接近大自然﹐一家子生活氣氛和睦、美滿。為了能使這個家庭有個母親﹐特拉普準備和鄰近的男爵夫人籌辦婚事。可是﹐這位男爵夫人每次來作客﹐都儼然以女主人自居﹐因此孩子們都反對父親的這樁婚事。特拉普清楚知道孩子們離不開瑪麗亞﹐這個家也離不開瑪麗亞，特拉普決定娶瑪麗亞為妻。此時，希特勒軍隊佔領了奧地利，納粹強迫特拉普重返海軍服彼﹐但他拒絕了。

在納粹準備逮捕特拉普時﹐瑪麗亞靈機一動向當局提出﹕全家參加當地舉辦的歌唱比賽後﹐再讓特拉普應征。在演唱會上﹐特拉普一家人以充滿感情的歌聲向祖國親人告別，獲得了軍隊的獎勵。授獎儀式上﹐會場群情激昂，特拉普一家趁機從後門溜出劇院﹐躲進修道院。納粹派兵四外搜尋﹐都被修道院的修女們掩護成功。就在特拉普全家即將逃出虎口時﹐突然郵差魯夫身穿著納粹軍裝﹐持槍攔在路口。特拉普走上去﹐揮拳將他擊倒﹐一家人迅速轉移。納粹發現他們的行蹤後﹐開車準備追趕。誰知汽車事先被修道院的修女弄壞了。瑪麗亞、特拉普和7個孩子終於越過阿爾卑斯山﹐唱著歡樂的歌﹐走向自由之地。

 在這電影裡面，有幾首歌是很有趣的

在 I Have Confidence這首歌，是在瑪莉雅到特拉普家的路上，對自己唱的，在去之前，聽說這個家已經換了好幾個家庭教師了，他相信自己一定可以做好家庭教師，他勇於挑戰、絕不退縮。於是，他就對自己唱了這首歌
